- Support affordable talent pathways for in-demand jobs through internships, apprenticeships, credentialing, and other work-based learning opportunities
- Back funding for Virginia’s community colleges to improve and accelerate industry-aligned workforce training programs and credentialing
- Encourage funding for a marketing campaign to attract and retain talent in Virginia
